A simple running guide for Air Force special warfare training When I look back on how I prepared for the combat control pipeline, I did a lot of things right, but I did a few things wrong.   In the following article, I'm going to discuss a simple, yet effective plan for preparing your body for the running demands of the pipeline.  If you follow this guide, your legs will be prepared for any type of military training. I discuss swimming, calisthenics, and  rucking   in other articles. Getting physically prepared will build confidence, and it will help with the most important aspect of the training-- getting mentally prepared. Being an individual in special ops training and beyond

We've all heard it- Nobody gets through special ops training by themselves.  The training is designed to in a way that only working together as a team can bring success.   Individuals fail. Yes, this is true, but you must also be a strong individual to be a good team player. I'll say it again...   You must be a strong individual to be a good team player.  Many people who say they're team players simply aren't.  They haven't developed the skills yet.  A lot never will.
